The Peace River School Division is seeking applications for a Full-Time (1.00 fte) Temporary CTF and Physical Education Teacher at Red Earth Creek School . This position is to commence as soon as possible and possible and will continue until June 29, 2027 or until the return of the incumbent. Red Earth Creek School is situated in the hamlet of Red Earth Creek, located about 162 kms from Peace River. This school services students in grade K-12 and supports a commitment to academics and various extra-curricular programs. Red Earth Creek school borders the Look Lake First Nation. Qualifications: Previous experience in teaching in a multi grade environment from grades 1-12 Strong classroom management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Excellent communication skills with students, staff and parents Ability to contribute to a positive, safe and caring learning environment An understanding of rural community and culture Requirements: Must hold or be eligible for a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate Provide an acceptable current Vulnerable Sector Check (dated within six (6) months of your application.) This teaching position falls under the collective agreement between the . Annual Salary Range: $ 68,516 to $ 115,825 (dependent on experience and education in accordance with the collective agreement between the Alberta Teachers' Association and the Peace River School Division) .
