A Gator’s Dockside Server is responsible for all facets of the guest experience from the time they enter the restaurant until the time that they leave the restaurant. Servers must read and understand all training materials as well as utilize those materials and guidelines in order to perfect the guest’s experience while in our restaurant and servers are expected to retain a current food safety certification.
