Billing and Refund Policy
This policy explains baseline payment, posting slot, cancellation, and refund expectations for employer paid services on WorkRadar Canada.
Pilot-stage policy status
These public policies are pilot-stage drafts for staging and controlled paid pilot use. They are published for transparency and are subject to final legal review before broad public launch.
WorkRadar Canada does not claim these pages are lawyer-approved, final legal advice, or a complete public-launch compliance program.
Scope
This policy applies to employer paid plans, job posting entitlements, active job slots, order records, payment history, payment receipt records, and related billing support requests.
Candidates should not pay WorkRadar for candidate access at this stage. Candidate-side use is currently free unless WorkRadar clearly introduces a future paid candidate product with separate terms.
Employer paid services
Employers are the paying side of WorkRadar. Employer paid services may include posting windows, active job slots, access to eligible employer-created publishing flows, payment history, and entitlement state tied to confirmed payment.
The plan details shown during purchase control the specific price, posting window, active slot limit, and available features.
Paid job post slots
Only live published jobs should consume active slots. Drafts should not consume active slots. Closing, archiving, expiring, reopening, or restoring a job may affect slot usage according to the current plan and lifecycle rules.
Verified employer reward
WorkRadar may offer a one-time verified employer reward, such as one free 30-day job post, after full registration and company verification where the product configuration allows it.
The reward has no cash value, is not refundable, is not transferable, and may be removed or denied for abuse, fake employer identity, misleading postings, or policy violations.
Stripe-hosted payment
Employer paid checkout may use Stripe-hosted payment. WorkRadar should not collect full card numbers in ordinary application forms.
Paid entitlement should activate only after trusted server-side payment confirmation. Failed, incomplete, disputed, or unconfirmed payments should not create paid posting access.
Refund review
Refund rules remain pilot-stage and subject to final business and legal review. WorkRadar does not promise automatic refunds.
Refunds may be reviewed case by case. Refunds may be denied for published or used slots, abuse, policy violations, fake employer identity, misleading postings, or misuse of candidate data.
Goodwill review may be considered for duplicate payment, clear technical failure, accidental purchase before slot use, or owner-approved pilot support.
Cancellations, disputes, and records
Employers may stop using or close active jobs at any time, subject to plan and lifecycle rules. Closing a post does not automatically delete billing records, payment records, audit logs, support records, or records needed for dispute handling.
If an employer disputes a charge, WorkRadar may restrict related entitlements while reviewing order, payment, job post, and audit records.
No guaranteed hiring outcome
Purchasing an employer plan does not guarantee applicants, candidate quality, interviews, hires, search ranking, job views, or business outcomes.
