These Terms describe the basic rules for using WorkRadar Canada during staging and controlled paid pilot use.
Pilot-stage policy status
These public policies are pilot-stage drafts for staging and controlled paid pilot use. They are published for transparency and are subject to final legal review before broad public launch.
WorkRadar Canada does not claim these pages are lawyer-approved, final legal advice, or a complete public-launch compliance program.
Acceptance of terms
By using WorkRadar Canada, creating an account, browsing jobs, using candidate tools, posting jobs, or purchasing employer services, you agree to follow these Terms and the policies linked from the site.
Candidates and employers
Candidates should not pay WorkRadar for candidate access at this stage. Candidate-side use is currently free unless WorkRadar clearly introduces a future paid candidate product with separate terms.
Employers are the paying side for paid posting and plan services. Employers are responsible for reviewing plan details before purchase.
Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials reasonably secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Candidates are responsible for truthful profile, resume, credential, work authorization, and document information. Employers are responsible for authority to represent the business and post roles.
Employer posting rules
Employer-created jobs must be real, current, authorized hiring opportunities. Employers must not post fake, scam, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or bait-and-switch roles.
WorkRadar may require employer registration, email verification, company profile completion, and WorkRadar verification before live job publishing or verified employer trust markers.
Paid employer services
Paid employer services may include posting windows, active job slots, receipt records, and entitlement state tied to confirmed payment. Specific price, window, slot limit, and available features are governed by the purchase flow and billing/refund policy.
Payment processing may be handled by Stripe-hosted checkout. WorkRadar does not collect full card numbers through ordinary application forms.
Candidate documents and AI-assisted drafts
Work Passport, resume, cover letter, and document tools are candidate support features. Generated documents are drafts and must be reviewed by the candidate before use.
WorkRadar does not promise AI accuracy, production-grade AI review, interviews, ranking, hiring, immigration outcomes, credential verification, or job placement.
Job source transparency
Jobs may come from first-party WorkRadar employer posts or from imported/public sources only where lawful and allowed. Imported or public-source listings must not be labeled as verified WorkRadar employer posts unless the employer has actually been verified by WorkRadar.
Prohibited conduct
- Posting fake jobs, scams, misleading compensation, or unlawful content.
- Impersonating another person, employer, source, or organization.
- Uploading malware, forged documents, or documents you are not authorized to use.
- Misusing candidate data, resumes, Work Passport details, or documents.
- Bypassing access controls, scraping unlawfully, or interfering with security.
- Manipulating payments, entitlements, verification, slots, or source identity.
Platform changes and availability
WorkRadar is an evolving platform. Features, plans, prices, posting rules, eligibility requirements, moderation practices, and availability may change over time.
No guaranteed outcomes
WorkRadar does not guarantee applicants, interviews, hires, candidate quality, job availability, match accuracy, AI accuracy, payment success, uninterrupted availability, or business outcomes.
Suspension, removal, or restriction
WorkRadar may restrict, suspend, remove, close, archive, or terminate accounts, job posts, candidate access, employer access, or paid posting privileges where needed for fraud, misuse, payment issues, legal risk, security, trust, or policy enforcement.
